Seal Coating

Seal coating is designed to replace the finer mineral aggregates that have worn off the pavement surface. It returns the surface to the original dark color, beautifies, and most importantly extends the life of the pavement.

Crack Sealing

Rubberized crack sealing repairs a sound pavement that has started to crack and delays expensive resurfacing.

BCI FLEX-PATCH is used on larger surfaces to seal block cracking areas and cupped pavement joints.

Line Painting

Bergman Companies operates four crews to line paint parking lots, airports, and warehouses. Five employees with over 25 years of experience are qualified to design layouts and paint pavements.

Long Line Painting

Bergman Companies has several years of experience in line painting interstate highways, state highways, county roads, and city streets.

Tennis Courts

Bergman Companies tennis court crews have completed work on over 1,000 tennis courts. We also perform the color sealing and playing lines on new tennis courts

Saw & Seal

The purpose of Saw & Seal control joints is to prevent random cracking of pavements which leads to the intrusion of water into the sub-base. The Saw & Seal method can be used on asphalt or concrete.

Water Blasting

The water blasting machine will remove thermoplastic, epoxy, paint, or tapelines. It also prepares surfaces for painting by removing curing compound, rubber, and tack.
