We have developed BCI FLEX-PATCH as a highly innovative pavement maintenance process for repairing cupped pavement joints, block and compound cracking. It is designed to extend the life expectancy of failing pavement by five years or longer. This process is the next maintenance level after crack sealing and is primarily used on bituminous roads older than 10 years. It is the perfect complement prior to chip sealing.

A proprietary blend of quality modified asphalt sealant and fibers was developed exclusively for Bergman Companies Inc. A sufficient amount of sealant is applied to flood the entire distressed area. We finish the process by adding fine aggregate material to the surface.

BCI FLEX-PATCH eliminates the problems associated with field blending of fibers and asphalt sealant. The unique characteristics of the modified asphalt sealant help reduce bleeding during hot weather and greatly improves low temperature fleibility. The aggregate cover matieral has the added benefit of improving the ride of the road.

BCI FLEX-PATCH can be used on asphalt and concrete pavements.
